1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ruku, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Ruku is a digital focus and prayer-support application designed to help users:

Receive prayer reminders
Reduce digital distractions
Build consistent habits
Improve focus during specific times

Features may change or evolve over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ruku.

4. Data Storage

Ruku stores user preferences and settings locally on the device. The App does not require user accounts or cloud profiles to function.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Features

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments and renewals are handled by the app store provider.

Subscriptions:

Renew automatically unless canceled
Can be managed through your app store account

5.2 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App unlawfully
Attempt to disrupt or misuse the App
Reverse engineer or copy the App’s functionality

7. Privacy

Your use of Ruku is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, and software associated with Ruku are the property of INFOXERA FZE and protected by applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer

Ruku is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While the App aims to support prayer and focus, accuracy of prayer times may vary by location and method. Users should verify important information independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFOXERA FZE shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Ruku at any time without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
